WINE COUNTRY GETAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of The Destination Media, LLC, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ("PST") on September 1, 2008. To enter, visit www.destinationwinecountry.com/enter/, fill in the required information on the Official Entry Form, and submit the form as directed. Entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and E-mail address. Limit one entry per person, household, or e-mail address. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified. Entries are the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 PM PST on September 2, 2008.

5. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 7, 2007 by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. If winners do not respond within 5 business days of attempted notification, alternate winners may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

6. PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will a free Wine Country Getaway, consisting of two nights for two people (one room) at the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara, one dinner for two people at Bella Vista Restaurant, and a wine tasting tour of Santa Ynez Valley provided by Rockstar Transportation.. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,000, depending on actual final values of the prizes. Winners must be available to travel between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009. All travel must be completed by August 31, 2009. Based on availability; blackout dates may apply. Winners must provide Sponsors with a minimum of 90 days notice to secure all travel arrangements and a minimum of three possible travel dates. Winners will be responsible for any personal liability coverage and/or insurance. Meals not scheduled, gratuities, travel upgrades, parking, personal incidentals and other expenses are the winners' responsibility. Income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of Winners. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on dates designated by Sponsors. Winners' travel companion ("Guest") must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel. Grand Prize Winner must supply the Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.

7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winners are subject to verification. Winners' Guest must also meet all eligibility requirements in Rules/Paragraph #2 and #6. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Prize Winners must sign before a notary public and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form. Winners' Guest must also sign and return a liability and (where permissible) a Publicity Release From. Release forms must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to alternate Prize Winners in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, winner is ineligible, winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or winner declines a prize, the prize may be forfeited and alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

8. INTERNET: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

9. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting prizes, entrants: (1) agree to be bound by these rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, and all related entities from all liability, claims, actions, or proceedings relating to the sweepstakes and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prizes; (3) agree to share customer information contained in their entry with Sponsors; and (4) consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
